Im a brit and been playing microsofts flight sim's series for a few years now and never realy felt like ive achieved anything. Crazy multiplayer sessions on gamespy with kamikazi pilots was awfull for me. So i decided a few months ago to visit WWW.BOSTONVIRTUALATC.COM and see why there server was always nicely populated. I will never play on another server again. The addon software, scenery, controlers and pilots using this sever are very good. Ive even started flying for there local virtual air company called Cape AIr. Some of the routes are tricky and the events that are held really make the whole experiance realistic. Going forward BTVATC would like to see air congestion a 24hour occurance which means I need more brits to join me. Dont worry if ur flying isnt up to scratch they run a SHARE THE COCKPIT program where u are coached by one of the mentors (a high proportion of BVATC pilots are real world pilots and most mentor with the STC program). My fav event is the Pack the Pattern which happens around once a month. Which is usually attened by 30+ pilots and ATC will fully man the chosen airport. This event was the first time ive landed any where with a conge line going down to the runway. I was @%^&ing myself but u need to visit the site to see what its all about and all the events happening each month. If you like FSX then you will love this server.
