Given that so many Visual Flight forum users use ImageShack, I thought it might be an idea to post a step-by-step guide to using their service. Please note: this is not a recommendation of any sort - I have not even used their service myself, so you do so yourself at your own risk and subject to your own acceptance of their terms and conditions:

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to http://www.imageshack.us

2. Click the "Browse..." button

3. Browse to where you've saved your screenshot file(s).

4. Click the "Open" button.

5. Click the "host it!" button

Afterwards, copy the example code that ImageShack supply for creating forum links and paste it into your message in the Visual Flight forum.

I'm sure these instructions can be improved, especially by those who have actually used the service, so please feel free to post corrections, improvements and additions below.
