| Have just loaded the VFR software according to the user instructions, created a flight from london city airport, only the control tower is visible from the ground. Where have the tall buildings gone. |

If you open the cd case, you'll see a little booklet inside - that's the manual It has words inside that tell you about the software There is a collection of words on one of the pages (a sentence) that tells you that autogen scenery is disabled |

Ouch! That's a little hard hitting. I'd like to keep things nice and friendly on the forums if possible.
The problem is that the placement of the default scenery is not accurate enough to fit properly with the photographic scenery, and while I'm sure that before too long there'll be replacements for the default buildings appearing, it does leave us with a bit of a headache in the short term, particularly at an airport like London City where the Canary Wharfe buildings in particular are such a notable feature of the approach. |

I know its not the answer your looking for, but i installed the UK2000senery by Gary Sommers, and London city looks amazing with the VFR scenery. Definatly a "must have". I'm at work at the mo, but i'll post a screen shot after for you to have a look.
Kind regards
Andy |
