Buy now! Please choose delivery method (Download, UK CD or Overseas CD) and whether to order via PayPal (leading online payment system) or SWREG (for additional payment options). VAT is not normally charged to non-EU customers. RAF Benevolent Fund
A proportion of each sale goes to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund which provides assistance in times of need to those who have served in the RAF. The RAF Benevolent Fund also provides assistence to widows, widowers and dependents, including those of associated Air Forces as well as the RAF. FAQHow are orders processed?Orders are processed by PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions.
Note: Clicking on the BUY NOW buttons does not commit you to purchasing, so you can explore the options provided by each system before making a decision. What if my currency isn't shown in the price list? This should not be a problem. Both SWREG and PayPal allow you to purchase using a variety of currencies:
When can I expect my CD order to be delivered?CD orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 days. UK First class post normally takes 1-2 days, Air Mail 3-4 days. Please allow longer during busy times or holiday periods. How and when do I receive my download instructions?Download instructions are included in the order confirmation email which is sent on completion of your order. Please ensure that you give a working email address. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 1-2 hours of placing your order, please contact orders@visualflight.co.uk After downloading, do I need an internet connection to install the scenery?Absolutely not. Unlike some other add-on scenery products, the RIAT Fairford setup program does not need you to be online to install the scenery. This means you can download the scenery on a computer with an internet connection (at work for example, but please ask permission from your employer) then install it on a computer with no internet connection, e.g. a dedicated flight sim computer. How does the multi-part download option work?Instead of downloading all in one go, you can download four smaller parts one at a time, in separate internet sessions if required. A small batch file then joins all the parts together to give you the same end result as the single download. Can I use a download accelerator to download the scenery? You can, but it is recommended that you don't. The download servers are very efficient and will normally deliver your download at the maximum bandwidth on a single connection without needing to use a download accelerator. Using a download accelerator will add unnecessary overhead and complication to the procedure with no appreciable benefit. Do I need a download accelerator to resume the download if my internet connection is broken? Not necessarily. Browsers such as Internet Explorer will attempt to resume a download in the event that the internet connection is unexpectedly terminated. If this happens during your download, it is recommended that you repeat the download instructions as soon as practically possible after restoring your connection so that the partially downloaded file is still available in your browser cache to allow the download to resume from the point the connection was broken. What happens if I can't download for any reason? Please contact us using the details on the download page. We've not had a single customer yet who has not been able to complete their download and we intend to ensure it stays that way. |
